English Pointer Breed Overview
The English Pointer, or widely known as the only Pointer, is a large breed of dogs that were originally bred in order to be a gun dog. They are considered as one of the oldest breeds in England that dates back to 300 years.

Pointers don’t require regular brushing because they don’t shed at all. They are very energetic and require high-levels of exercise in order to prevent restlessness. They need an owner that is energetic and active as them, because they love to walk and run, but not as a water retriever.
Pointers can reach up to 70 cm in height and 34 kg in weight.
