Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do I have to give? Twenty four hours is preferable.
Do you cater for emergencies? Yes we do all possible to break away from whatever we are doing to assist with emergencies. If it is not possible for us to assist you in a reasonable period of time we will try and contact another operator for you.
Is your vehicle air conditioned? Yes we have a late model Renault Kangoo van with a secure rear section for the transport of pets. If unavailable we may use another vehicle but you will be advised.
Can I accompany my pet? Yes. We encourage owners to accompany pets where possible.
In which areas do you operate? We cover most inner city postcodes for local taxi work to vets, for relocations and to boarding establishments but not north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge/Tunnel. We cover airport pick ups and from Eastern Creek/Quarantine travelling to almost any suburb in Sydney.
I need to go to the vet with my pet will you wait for me? Yes of course. We can wait and see if your pet can return with you or call back at a later time to return it home.
