Petcare know and understand that pets are part of the family and need love and attention just like a child.

In 2011 Petcare celebrate twenty four years of continual service to pet owners in Sydney. During this time we have provided a range of caring options to thousands of satisfied pet owners in the inner Sydney area, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

We own and operate our own boutique boarding cattery in Alexandria known as Cat City. We live on site. The cattery is minutes from Sydney’s CBD and airports. Personalised attention, large individual runs provided for each cat, plenty of caring attention and food of your cat’s choice all make for a happy pet when your cat stays with us at Cat City.

Petcare are insured with AMP/GIO. We are known and respected by veterinarians, pet shops and groomers in the city area.

We belong to various pet sitting organisations and comply with a number of codes of practice.

Our prime function is to assist pet owners with their individual needs and for the care of their pets. Our service is personalised and clients are assured of total confidentiality at all times.

We provide references upon request, publish rates and are always transparent in all dealings with our customers.
