Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this service if I don’t have a pet? Yes. The idea is to provide you with peace of mind with regular calls on your home/premises to collect mail, water plants remove visible trash and maintain a presence whilst you are away.
Is there a minimum number of visits required? Yes. Initially we require a contracted agreement for three visits. After that no minimum applies.
Can Petcare provide extra services? Yes. We will consider any request you have. For example starting your car engine and ensuring it is still on street at all time. Cleaning of pool traps, bringing in your rubbish bin and cancelling your paper if it continues to arrive. We can collect mail from your Post Office box also.
We have an alarm. Is this a problem? No. At the initial set up interview we go over all matters such as alarms, circulation of lights and blinds and other matters peculiar to your home.
